The Search Process

Define Objectives and Specifications
ERT obtains critical and up-to-date information to gain a clear understanding of each client's business and culture. During this stage, we develop a profile of the desired executive and reach consensus with the client on the executive's scope and responsibilities. We also have an in-depth discussion related to compensation, expectations and senior reporting requirements.

Identify and Assess Candidates
We identify and confirm target sources, identify potential candidates from these sources, and then contact them confidentially. This proven method of recruiting, via an experienced search consultant armed with top-level sales experience, recruits the most talented professionals in your industry. We then review candidate profiles with you to obtain feedback.

Interviews
After reviewing and discussing the submitted materials, ERT facilitates candidate interviews. Then we obtain post-interview feedback from both the client and the candidates.

Executive Selection
ERT conducts finalist interviews and negotiates salary and benefits as recommended by the client. During this stage, we also obtain important feedback and serve as a liaison between the client and the targeted executive.

Follow Up
After placement, ERT maintains contact with the client and the hired executive, ensuring a smooth transition and assimilation for both parties. During this time, we also listen to any possible concerns that may arise during the critical initial integration period, to further ensure client satisfaction.
